I was fortunate to connect with Kyla Channell who is a nutritional practitioner who specializes in elite athletes fueling for their unique sport and sex differences between athletes. We discussed my endeavors as an endurance athlete over the last 10+ years, my struggle with REDS, sports nutrition and my autoimmune thyroid disorders.
The Runner’s Zone
Nathan Carlson has been my strength coach since 2017. He is a Physical Therapist who specializes in helping endurance athletes optimize performance and return to running safely and optimally after injury. We sat down to discuss my history in sport and the changes I have made along the way in order to accommodate various goals and sports.
Zwift Academy Triathlon Team
In 2018 I was one of 4 selected members from around the world to be a part of the first Zwift Academy Triathlon team. This is an elite amateur development team that received product and financial support from Zwift, Specialized, Roka, & Clif Bar in our journey to competing at the Ironman World Championships.
